About Our Clinic
Practice Mission
Carolinas Coastal Health, PC was established to provide quality medical to patients
who choose to partner with us. Our goal is to be an Ideal Medical Practice. We strive
to provide superb care which results in improved chronic disease management, improved
patient satisfaction with their care and a lower cost of total healthcare. We want to
make a positive difference in our patients' lives. We want to create a Family Practice
that provides excellent healthcare experiences to all.
Our Care
We provide outpatient medical care. Our patients are cared for by the Hospitalists at
New Hanover Regional Medical Center while admitted to the hospital. This provides us
the opportunity to concentrate on the care of our patients in the office.
Practice Access
Carolinas Coastal Health, PC strives to give patients access to healthcare when they
need it. We have a policy of same day appointments that allows most patients to be seen
the same day they request an appointment. We are also available for general questions via
e-mail.

Policies
We request if you must cancel an appointment, please try and notify us 24 hours before
your scheduled time. This allows us to provide care to someone else who would like to
be seen in the office.
When a patient first fails to appear for an appointment, that person will be called and given chance to reschedule. The patient will be reminded of our cancellation policy. A second no show, will result in a mailed notice to the patient at the doctor's discretion. A third no show will result in termination from the practice at the doctor's discretion.
