We offer a variety of convenient, online services to our patients. You can complete new patient registration from your home, make an appointment at any time of day or night, and view and/or download your medications list and other patient records 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

How the portal works:
1) You will need a USERNAME and PASSWORD to enter the portal. These credentials will be provided to you by the staff at Carolinas Coastal Health.
2) At the initial login, you will need to accept the terms of use for the Patient Web Portal.
3) Once in the portal, you can navigate to view your appointments, medicine list, and lab test result, as well as request refills. You can also send and receive messages from our office, including appointment reminders. Feel free to explore the portal.
4) The messages do not go directly to the doctors and nurses, but to our Web portal coordinator. She will route your messages to the appropriate staff.
5) To look at your medication list, click on "Refill Requests."
6) To view your labs, look at the bottom left part of the screen "Lab/Diagnostic Tests." If you have a smaller screen size, you may need to scroll down to see it.
Your confidentiality is important to us. When you connect to the portal, you are NOT connecting to our actual office computer system, but a secure web site hosted elsewhere. Only the limited information you see is stored on the portal. Your actual records are maintained in our office. If you need to change your password, or simply wish to deactivate the service, let us know.
